JOB DESCRIPTION

TRG Screen is searching for a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to join our team! As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of cutting-edge software solutions for our clients in the financial industry. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, development teams, and end-users to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure successful execution throughout the product lifecycle.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Engineering/ Business or similar, is preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner or Business Analyst role or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven experience in leading and working directly with development teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage release development teams and oversee workflow functions
  • Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies for project delivery is a must
  • Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is preferred; SAFe certification or formal training is a plus
  • Excellent organizational, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to plan for future work while maintaining the current delivery with rapidly changing priorities
  • Self-starter with strong, proven, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience using Jira is beneficial
  • Prior experience leading collaboration across teams spanning Development and Support

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure product roadmap and vision are communicated to the development team
  • Influence a cross functional team to ensure the team delivers products that meet business requirements/needs and delivers business and operational value to customers
  • Create, maintain, and help prioritize user stories in the product backlog to help shape the Product Roadmap in partnership with Product Management
  • Elicit, identify, document, and refine requirements from business problems to detailed user stories and acceptance criteria that may include technical requirements
  • Possess high level technical understanding of the components, API, data, systems and services and inter- dependencies that make up the product
  • Evaluate and plan for project level risks through the creation of key milestones, and monitoring of progress
  • Assist with deployments and production support issues
  • Act as primary liaison between development, stakeholders, and operations
  • Take part in scrum events including daily stand-ups, grooming sessions, and sprint planning
