WHO YOU ARE

  • You will have experience working with a background in agile, ideally an operational environment.
  • You will have experience with different models of project delivery.
  • You will understand processes, integration, reporting and dependencies in delivery.
  • You will have a good understanding of Agile frameworks and testing best practices.
  • You will understand digital or automation technology and products.
  • You will have excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

As Product Owner you will play a key role in the identification, formation and prioritisation of the work squads take on. You will become the champion for the products you are assigned, forming a vision for its future, and championing the product to stakeholders.

  • You will work with customers to understand the business needs and, together with the technical lead, define and propose a technical solution to cover all requirements.
  • You will coordinate all project phases from the evaluation of an initiative, collecting the business requirements and proposing a solution, development, implementation and testing of a product together with the transition to operations.
  • You will identify dependencies between projects, defining and negotiating priorities with the customers to ensure on time delivery.
  • You will create and monitor the product roadmap, validating it with the customers and final users.
  • You will monitor all project activities (design, development, testing, changes) and make sure that timelines are met.
  • You will make sure the scope and project deliverables meet the customer requirements.
