MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Have good taste in design and color palette.
• Proficient in using Adobe Photoshop and graphic designing.
• Adapt easily and able to blend with the team.
• Able to catch up with the rapid changes within the organization.
• Excellent attention to details.
• Fluent in English is a MUST.
• Able to do WFO at Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta.

• Design and develop engaging product packaging to attract new customers.
• Conduct user research, analyze user feedback and data to identify user needs and preferences, and translate them into design solutions.
• Propose creative ideas and make new concepts.
• Conduct research on competitor’s packaging of their products.
• Align with the other team to create the best product packaging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement design solutions that meet business and user needs.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and design documentation to ensure consistency and scalability across all products.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to improve the design process and product quality.
