Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with two dedicated Product Managers to build solutions for both online and offline payment offerings via new and existing partners \
  • Manage and grow partnerships with a variety of strategic partners, including digital wallets, acquirers, schemes, and software providers.
  • Deepen both the relationships with our partners and the way in which we work together through product, marketing, support, operations, strategy and planning
  • Understand our product proposition and strategy, as well as the partner capabilities in order to jointly co-create best in class products to our customers
  • Be the first point of contact for partners both internal and external stakeholders
  • Work closely with country managers, product and marketing to ensure smooth resolution of issues, gather feedback and identify and prioritise opportunities Work closely with support to improve partner processes for efficiency
  • Work with support teams to enhance partner processes and improve efficiency
