About the Role
As a Product Planning and Initiatives Manager in our Consumer Cards and Personal Loans team, you’ll play a key role in helping us build Australia’s most trusted payments and lending platform. This role is responsible for leading the business planning process, bridging the BU data/insights/reporting assets, and delivery and prioritisation small initiatives for the CCPL business. The role will be responsible for undertaking deep dives and building capability to drive effective business performance.
The role is heavily involved in coordinating the annual/monthly business planning, business forecasting and target setting, business performance monitoring and reporting and analysis to drive effective management decision making.
