This role is based in our new Soho Place office – opened in 2023 - in the heart of Central London and home to our Research Lab.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Master’s or PhD in Organisational Development, Business, or a related field strongly preferred
  • Demonstrable and extensive experience across organisations, owning organisational diagnostics and researching future of work trends to assess fit for purpose through A/B testing
  • Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
  • Experience with needs analysis, user testing and integrating external best practices
  • Proven ability to partner with highly academic senior leaders to build credibility through research and recommendations

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

As he Product Portfolio Lead for Future of Work Lab, you’ll be responsible for organisational diagnostic products, including employee listening (engagement surveys), psychometric tests, organisational network analysis, academic research, assessing future of work trends and providing a people research offering for G-Research, including A/B testing.
You will set the strategic direction and ensure high performance across the Research Lab portfolio, identifying, testing and piloting leading-edge solutions to accelerate G-Research’s employee value proposition.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leading the strategic direction and performance of the Research Lab portfolio
  • Overseeing the development and implementation of employee listening and organisational diagnostic products. This will include, but not be limited to:
  • Semi-Annual Employee Engagement Survey
  • Pulse Surveys
  • Psychometric and Feedback Measurement (i.e. Hogan, 360s, etc.)
  • Organisational Network Analysis
  • External Benchmarking and Workforce Testing (internal and external against academic research) as a service for the People Team
  • Evaluating external best practices and integrating them into Research Lab strategies
  • Conducting needs analysis and user testing to ensure products meet organisational needs
  • Interfacing with People Business Partners (PBPs), People Team colleagues and cross-functional stakeholders, building agility and outcomes strategy, roadmaps to achieve talent strategy, operational stage gates and product planning, for example, portfolio project management
  • Managing high visibility products within the Research Lab portfolio
  • Mentoring and guiding two direct reports, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment to drive measurable individual development within team members
