Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

SO, WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As a Product Portfolio Manager at iKhokha, you’ll lead the charge of our eComm portfolio, focusing on areas like payment gateways, payment links, and beyond.
Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you’ll manage and mentor a team of 3 direct reports, ach playing a key role in driving our product vision forward. Your responsibility spans managing these product lines throughout their entire lifecycle, from conception to delivery.
Your mission? Bring bold, customer-centric innovations to life, enhancing user experiences and driving our business forward.

IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE, THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE AND BUSINESS UNDERSTANDING WILL MAKE YOU A FRONTRUNNER FOR THE ROLE:

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to align product strategies with business objectives.
  • A solid understanding of how to prioritize outcomes over output is important, and prior OKR experience would be beneficial.
  • A deep understanding of financial technology (fintech) solutions and payment systems, including knowledge of different payment methods, transaction processes, and security protocols.
  • Familiarity with customer needs and pain points within the financial services industry is important, including an understanding of consumer behavior, preferences, and expectations.
  • Awareness of emerging technologies and innovations in the Fintech/Payments space, such as blockchain, digital wallets, mobile payments, and alternative payment methods.
  • A strong understanding of business models and revenue streams within the Fintech/Payments sector, including knowledge of monetization strategies, partnerships, and value propositions.
  • The ability to analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify market opportunities and drive product innovation.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance considerations related to financial transactions and data privacy, ensuring products adhere to industry standards and guidelines.
