We’re now looking for our next Product Quality Owner
The Product Quality Owner is responsible for overseeing and managing product quality issues from initiation to resolution. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure that product quality issues are addressed promptly and effectively, maintaining high standards of product quality and customer satisfaction.
This role is the overall product quality champion for the company, leads the Quality improvement forum. The role is a specialist role, reporting directly to the CEO and an adjunct part of the Management Team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: University degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience and Skills:


    • Project management and/or experience from other leadership roles.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to both lead teams and work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Proficiency in quality management.
    • Ability to structure and document findings
    • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Strong drive

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Hands on experience from Quality case management on senior level
    • Experience in product management and customer interactions
    • 6 sigma or alternative quality leader training

    Responsibilities:

    • Customer quality experience: Communicate with customers regarding product quality issues, providing updates and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Case Management: Lead the quality improvement forum. Manage and track product quality issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
    • Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations into product quality issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and customer field support to address quality issues.
    • Documentation: Maintain records of quality issues, investigations and resolutions.
    • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on product quality metrics, case status and trends to senior management.
    • Compliance: Ensure all quality processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce the occurrence of quality issues.
