Description:
The product receiver is responsible to check in all deliveries, ensuring that orders are accurate and that product meets food safety standards. The receiver will communicate closely with the Chefs and Kitchen Manager about stock levels and potential product issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Possess general food and restaurant knowledge.
- Available early mornings through mid-afternoons, Monday-Saturday.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all product rotation, quality, and cleanliness of coolers and dry storage areas.
- Must have general food and restaurant knowledge.
- Be able to lift 50 or more pounds.
- Be able to work independently with minimal oversight.
