Description:
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Coordination & execution of pre-launch Product Safety Risk Management (PSRM) process for Imperial Brands Next Generation Products (NGP), ensuring creation of complete Risk Management Files and associated documents (Risk Management Plan, Hazard Analysis, Risk Management Report) prior to launch.
- Liaise with Project teams and relevant Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to forecast future NGP project pipeline and prioritise PSRM activities accordingly, ensuring delivery of required documentation on time and in full.
- Create and maintain Risk Management and Technical Documentation in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Work with cross-functional SMEs to recommend required safety labelling for NGP based on PSRM findings.
- Coordinate creation and approval of Self Certified EU Declaration of Conformity for relevant products ahead of launch and support the development, maintenance and upgrade of systems supporting PMS processes, through design input, testing, maintenance functions.
- Quality Champion for Group Science & Regulatory Affairs, responsible for maintaining local Quality Management System, coordinating self-assessment and trainings within the department and triggering RCA & CAPA for quality deviations (NCs) & incidents, and escalate if necessary.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Knowledge of appropriate Risk Management and PMS standards and regulations (e.g. FDA, ISO).
- Strong analytical skills and capabilities in planning & organisation.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all organisational levels and different cultures.
- Ability to work under time pressure to meet tight deadlines whilst ensuring attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise own workload as appropriate.
