Responsibilities:
HOW TO THRIVE IN THIS ROLE?
- A technical college degree or bachelor’s degree in aerospace, education, or a related technical field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in safety training within the aerospace industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Safety Management Systems (SMS) and related regulations (SM-0001).
- Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Leadership and mentorship capabilities.
- Innovative approach to training and safety education.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and training software.
- Bilingualism in French and English, with strong written and oral communication skills in both languages.
- Certifications in Safety Training or instructional design (Preferred).
