Description:

YOUR TALENT AND SKILLS

  • Proven experience in sales of rotating equipment or services for the oil & gas, petrochemical, and power generation industries.
  • Demonstrated success in aftermarket sales and projects, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience managing international customer bases and understanding cultural differences.
  • Ability to drive the sales process from planning through to closing deals.
  • Strong project management skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and partnering with them.
  • Directly manage key customer accounts and projects, including Customer Care Agreements and training.
  • Support regional sales teams in growing and managing the installed base of Peter Brotherhood products.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals for Field Services, Customer Care Agreements (CCAs), Gearboxes, and combined scope bids.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and emerging markets to drive business growth.
  • Present sales and revenue forecasts as required and maintain CRM data accuracy.
  • Act as a problem-solver, bringing new ideas to improve safety, efficiency, and sales performance.
