Your role
You will be a member of the marketing and sales team at Business Unit Missile Systems responsible for sales product sales within the Air Defence and Long Range Precision Systems section. Our marketing activities are worldwide in cooperation with our market areas.
You will act as a Product Sales Manager of our missile systems.
In this role, you will manage highly complex business initiatives, often involving stakeholders from different parts of the organization and other Saab business areas.
Success in this position relies on seamless cross-organizational collaboration, where teamwork across departments is essential for driving the business forward and securing long-term success.
The role will give you opportunities to build an extensive network, domestically and on the export market.
You will work in close cooperation with the market areas deployed internationally.
Frequent travel is a key aspect of this position, encompassing both domestic and international destinations.

Important parts in the Product Sales Management role:

  • Responsible for order intake in accordance with set targets
  • Responsible for Marketing and Sales of Missile Systems products and services
  • Point of Contact (PoC) to Saab Group Business Development
  • Identify, create and develop new business leads & opportunities
  • Manage and develop existing customers
  • Establish and lead capture teams
  • Responsible for accurate business data in the Saab CRM-tool.

Your profile
We are looking for a candidate with a proven ability to lead complex business initiatives involving multiple parts of the organization, preferably from another global company. We believe that you excel at cross-functional leadership, coordinating efforts across various departments to ensure successful project completion. With strong collaboration skills, you are adept at taking charge, steering large-scale deals, and managing relationships at all levels to deliver results.
To thrive in this role, you are a business-oriented person with great communication skills. You are used to efficiently collaborating with team members as well as other stakeholders. You are structured and have an analytical mind-set enabling you to adapt to different circumstances.

Required skills:

  • High level of leadership capability and integrity
  • High level of social skills
  • International sales experience
  • Good economical understanding
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office

  • Experiences from defence industry
