EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant full-time (or internship) experience in software development or a related field, demonstrating hands-on experience with front-end and back-end.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java
- Experience with front-end technologies like React.JS or Angular2.
- Experience with the secure software development lifecycle, secure coding best practices, and security protocols and standards, cloud security and AI technologies is advantageous
- Experience of SAP S/4HANA, BTP, Fiori, CAPire and NodeJS is plus.
- Experience with working in a Continuous Integration and Delivery environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a keen interest in learning and applying new security techniques.
Responsibilities:
PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
As Product Security Specialist/Developer, you will play a critical role in enhancing the security of our software products throughout their lifecycle. You will work closely with security experts and engineering teams to integrate security practices into the design and development processes, ensuring that our products are resilient against threats and vulnerabilities. The objective of this role is to proactively identify and address security risks, implement best practices, and contribute to the creation of secure, robust software solutions.
EXPECTATION AND TASKS
We are looking for a full-stack developer. Key responsibilities include:
- Security Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security requirements and best practices into the software development and the lifecycle.
- Code Review: Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to security standards and practices. Provide actionable feedback to development teams to enhance code security.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to security practices, threat models, and risk assessments.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, and technologies. Propose and implement improvements to enhance product security and development processes.
