As a Product Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Leading Root Cause Analysis, cooperating with laboratories (metallurgical analysis, oil analysis), design departments and data scientists.
• Analyzing fleet data and recurrent failure modes to early identify potential issues’ leading indicators and propose relevant technical improvements.
• Cooperating with Remote Monitoring Centers to fully leverage data and analytics to support the fleet.
• Working in close cooperation with Service Technology and Contractual Service teams to manage customers’ technical issues minimizing impact on customer’s production whilst preserving engines integrity.
• Communicating effectively to both internal and external customers
• Developing new products and services for IET customers

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have extensive experience within Design or Services Engineering organizations.
• Have a deep knowledge of Gas Turbines design, maintenance and operation principles.
• Be familiar with Root Cause Analysis methodologies
• Be self-starter and prone to get out of the comfort zone
• Fluent oral and written communication in English and Italia
