JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our product databases, managing product information such as price lists ensuring accuracy and availability.
This role involves a variety of tasks including database maintenance, market research, product lifecycle management, reporting, and participation in special projects. If you have a passion for eCommerce and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply.

SKILLS AND MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• University degree or Technical Certificate in business, HVAC/Controls relevant experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task and handle various priorities.
• Ability to work under pressure of project deadlines.
• Structured and well organized.
• Application proficiency and excels in MS Office, …etc.
• Proactive, autonomous and demonstrates leadership.
• Resourceful and capable of handling multiple simultaneous tasks

• Tool Management: Manage the common department tools and coordinate the activities with other team member(s).
• Database Maintenance: Ensure data accuracy, database management, and data integration.
• Product Maintenance: Product Lifecycle Management (Add/delete), and product information Updates.
• ERP & Reporting application: Tool Management, reporting, data uploads and publishing.
• Market and Competitive Review: Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration and Special Projects: Participate in special projects and collaborate with various departments eCommerce channel operations.
• Career Development: Assist in drafting a carrier development plan and provide a training plan.
• Adhere to all Distech Controls/Acuity Brands policies and procedures.
