- Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical studies, and relevant industry experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in the UAE market is a must
- Immunology/Biologics experience is preferred
- Good understanding of private and tender market challenges and opportunities.

YOUR ROLE
As our Product Specialist, you will be delivering expected sales performance and beyond in your territories through transferring a strong value proposition for LEO brands to the stakeholders assigned.
Some of the key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
- Develops strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including nurses and pharmacists, within relevant hospital/specialist centers.
- Utilizes a customer relationship management approach to gather insights on customer needs and expectations.
- Demonstrates a holistic approach in engaging with customers, providing clinical knowledge and anticipating environmental changes.
- Tailors the value proposition of products to healthcare providers to develop and maintain LEO Advocates.
- Gathers market intelligence on customer needs and environmental challenges.
- Collaborates with the Market Access team and MSL to develop action plans for key customers.
- Works collaboratively with the field team to address customer needs.
- Regularly reviews and updates the customer plan based on sales report analysis and field intelligence.
- Identifies critical business opportunities and threats and provides input to other functions within LEO.
- Aims to exceed agreed sales expectations and implements territory sales plan.
- Monitors territory sales performance and takes corrective actions if needed.
- Introduces newly launched and key products to clients.
- Plans work schedule and timetables in accordance with visiting cycle plans.
- Performs effective territory management and identifies business opportunities based on market and competitor activity.
- Develops a Territory Business Plan and requests resources for optimal sales impact.
- Delivers presentations to doctors, practice staff, nurses, and pharmacists.
- Organizes conferences for medical staff and maintains positive relationships with them.
- Submits Daily Coverage Reports and Monthly reports, commenting on deviations from the Business Plan.
- Keeps up to date with clinical data and identifies areas for self-development.
- Attends sales meetings, product training, and company meetings..
- Ensures compliance with pharma legislation, LEO policies, and regulations.
