POSITION SCOPE

QUALIFICATIONS AND ABILITIES
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in HVAC-R.
- Able to travel to domestic and international job sites.
- Detailed-oriented, strong analytical, mathematical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficient knowledge of using AutoCAD and 3D modelling (Inventor/Solidworks) software.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for product marketing activities for sales to identify opportunities for customized or improved products and budgetary estimates of engineering, material, and labor costs.
- Execute prototype testing in the lab and onsite to ensure the performance of the newly developed product.
- Provide field service to customers when special customer/product knowledge is required and site troubleshooting for the products.
- Resolve any product design issues with manufacturing and improve product design based on application, customer feedback, and site operation.
- Standardize the existing product line, analyze the product lifecycle, and be involved in the new product development plan.
- Travel to customer sites as needed to support sales or demonstrate product technology features.
- Comply with all applicable standards, including internal design engineering standards and industrial standards.
- Keep up to date with new technology that may apply to new projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
