QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: A university bachelor’s degree in biochemistry, biotechnology, or a related life science field. Any higher education is a plus.
• Expertise: Strong technical knowledge and experience in biopharma, bioprocessing analytics, and liquid chromatography (hands-on experience desirable).
• Languages: Proficiency in German and English.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Sales Savvy: Confirmed experience in a sales environment with strong business sense.
• Communication: Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence others.
• Attitude: Determined and autonomous, comfortable working within a wider team.
