POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Product Specialist to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to promote and sell our solutions to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospital staff. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of medical terminology, and a proven track record of sales success in the healthcare industry.

- Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm
- Salary (Depend on experience) : Up to $4,000 Gross (Up to $4,000 basic+ Transport allowance) + $50 mobile + AWS + High Commission (quarterly basis) Medical benefits + 14 days annual leave

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma in Bioscience, Sales & Marketing, or related discipline
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in key accounts management with focus in hospital, retail pharmacy & private clinics sector.
- Candidate who possesses a car is preferred but not essential (transport allowance provided)
- Ability to identify challenges and present solutions to Sales & Marketing Lead.
Responsibilities:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Regular visits and follow up to customers in assigned territory.
- Pre-call planning and implementation to ensure KPIs are met.
- Timely submission of all necessary reports and documentations as per required.
- Assist Sales and Marketing team in the development of sales execution plan, specifically advising on realistic forecasts for relevant products and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Provide territorial sales forecast on a monthly basis.
- Seek and propose sales growth opportunities.
- Manage ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by the Management.
- Analyse customer data and track territory sales.
