Product Specialist
Jonas Software – Construction Division
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales you will be an integral part of the Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, dedicated, focused, and dynamic individual. The position requires technical skills with knowledge of the product and sales process as well as a confident, innovative, and business minded person who can listen to ideas and formulate and execute plans accordingly.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Comfortably manages rapid and repeated changes in priority and focus with composure.
- 5+ years of Product Management/Sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior construction management software, along with a business-to-business experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting and payroll knowledge is an asset.
- Strong understanding of business sales cycles -
- Demonstrating the value of your product or service to the qualified leads and
- Overcoming Objections: Addressing any concerns or questions the leads might have.
- Strong interpersonal interaction and teamwork with a customer focus

- Must be self-motivated, have organizational agility and the ability to plan own work schedule, and set and monitor personal performance goals.

Responsibilities:
Product Demonstrations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations to highlight product features to potential clients and customers.
- Qualify prospects to determine the fit for the company/solution.
- Demo the software to prospects and clients.
- Assist the existing clients determine the correct solutions.
- Developing Product Knowledge - Gain an in-depth understanding of the company’s product line, including features, benefits, and potential applications.
- Market Analysis - Monitor market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
- Product Development - Collaborate with the product development team to suggest enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Training - Train other staff members on product details and usage
