Product Specialist, Oncology
Servier Singapore is looking for individuals who are highly motivated, dedicated to excellence, and uphold strong values of honesty and integrity.
The main duties of this role involve driving sales and supporting marketing activities for oncology products. This includes meeting sales targets, assisting with product launches, and developing relationships with key opinion leaders in oncology to promote and advocate for Servier’s oncology portfolio.

DESIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical industry, particularly in oncology is an added advantage.
  • Proven track record of achieving experience in pharmaceutical industry, particularly in oncology is an added advantage
  • Experience in analyzing market data trends, competitor activities and strategy development
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent in sales, written and verbal presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Versatile and resilient, ability to stay positive in a fast paced and dynamic environment and work towards delivering results and driven
  • Passionate about improving patient outcomes in oncology

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Target Achievement:
  • Drive sales of oncologyproducts to meet and exceed targets set by the company
  • Identify sales of oncology products to meet and exceed targets set by the company
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
  1. Product Launches:
  • Assist in the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring successful market introduction.
  • Provide product training and support to healthcare providers to ensure effective product use.
  • Monitor competitor activities by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and products information
  1. Independent Management:
  • Work independently to manage daily responsibilities and achieve sales objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize market penetration.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to customers, highlighting product benefits and features.
  • Maintain compliance with Servier’s policies and guidelines
  1. Marketing Support:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team to inform product development and improvement.
  1. Customer Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare providers, and other stakeholders in the oncology community.
  • Organize and participate in conferences, seminars, and other events to promote our oncology products.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to inform product development and improvement.
