Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma qualifications with 2 years of automotive experience
- Creative and techy with a strong interest in keeping up-to-date with the latest tech and gadgets
- Enthusiastic and passionate about electric vehicles and able to understand & explain technical concepts
- Ground-breakers and culture-changers – people who want to make a difference in society
- Strong sense of team mentality, responsible and not afraid to get your hands dirty
- Highly self-motivated and problem-solving skills
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence
Responsibilities:
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, prepare training materials, conduct product refresher and competitor training
- Assist customers with product/ technical related problems and educate the team with the findings
- Assist with product introduction and activities including handover of vehicles to media, product presentations at events and support when necessary during roadshows/displays at external venues
- Analyse competitive marketplace and industry trends, sharing internally with Polestar team & across Wearnes group
