We’re looking for a Student Assistant who is eager to learn valuable insights and gain experience into being a product owner. Reporting directly to our Senior Product Owner and our Product Manager, you will be working on two of our largest websites (CasinoTopsOnline and WSN), assisting on day-to-day tasks and being part of the Product Team.

• Serve as the first line of defense for questions about CMS DMS from SMs.
• Manage and distribute CTO/WSN release notes.
• Assist with and gradually take over daily WSN duties, focusing on back-and-forth communications.
• Open and manage tickets, starting with minor issues and under guidance.
• Assist with acceptance testing to gain extensive knowledge about the sites.
• Create and maintain documentation to share valuable information efficiently.
• Contribute to special projects.
