Description & Requirements
Infor is looking for a Product Analyst to provide application and technical support to MSCM for Infor global customers and partners. This person will be responsible for updating tickets for internal and external clients and working closely with other teams to determine the fastest and greatest solution.

A Day In the Life Typically Looks Like:

  • Responsible for referral to other support analysts, providing feedback to development with guidance from more senior analysts, and liaising with other depts. to ensure proper handling of customer issues.
  • Involved in any additional follow-up, testing, and troubleshooting including remote desktop viewing through tools such as Zoom or Net meeting.
  • Serves as primary support liaison between company and customer and documents incidents in required tracking systems.
  • Will provide product support to the MSCM customer.

Basic Qualifications:

  • PC skills with knowledge of various software application and techniques used for testing, troubleshooting, and call logging.
  • Knowledge of Mobile Supply Management business process and other Handheld Devices used for Supply Management.
  • Experience working with Java and SQL programming.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience building Knowledge Based Content
  • Ability to work an on call schedule
