The Product Support Operations Analyst will be responsible for optimizing our product support policies, procedures, and processes. They will also be responsible for the analysis and reporting of metrics and data management for the Product Support Leadership team.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current and proposed processes to identify key inefficiencies and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Analyze Product Support data and generate trend reports for leadership team.
  • Identify areas for improvement based on trends/report findings and provide recommendations to enhance key efficiencies.
  • Compile and analyze data from multiple reports that highlight key performance metrics.
  • Compile insights and create reports to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with leadership to optimize workflows to increase revenue and lower expenses.
  • Collaborate with department leadership to development and implement new processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
