Description:

PRODUCT SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

As a Product Support Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support and assistance to our customers. Your responsibilities will focus on addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications or relevant education preferred).
  • Experience in customer support or technical support is an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Patience and empathy when assisting customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

    The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $29.52/hr USD.
