We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as the Product Support/Technical Specialist - Installations (UK & Ireland).
The successful candidate will be part of a cross-functional team of experts who deliver world class service, by leading the execution of highly specialised installations across the Roche Diagnostic portfolio, throughout our affiliate’s customer network.
This will include (but not be limited to) the installation, relocation and de-installation of high volume, critical analysers for blood science, molecular and tissue diagnostics solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Perform high quality installations within the allocated number of days on a consistent basis; where portfolio will include cPro, c8800, c8000, c6800 & other high volume critical instruments).
- Use own initiative to keep the project deliverables on track.
- Incorporate customer queries into communications with the wider business.
- Deliver efficient use of customer space whilst installing instruments.
- Adhere to all customer policies whilst working in their laboratories.
- Ensure safety standards are met and carried out in accordance with HS-01-04 (Health and Safety Manual). Be aware of IT security and governance with specific reference to Patient Identifiable Data (PID) and to operate in line with local information security standards.
- Perform role and associated service activities professionally and in line with company’s expectations.
