QUALIFICATIONS

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwissenschaften, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Maschinenbau, Konstruktion oder Fertigungstechnik
• Berufserfahrung im Maschinenbau oder in der Entwicklung sowie in der Projektleitung ist von Vorteil
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit 3D CAD Software ist wünschenswer
• Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office
• Detailorientierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Übernahme von Eigenverantwortung
• Freude an der Kommunikation mit unterschiedlichsten Bereichen und Kulturen
• Flexibilität und ein ausgeprägter Teamgedanke
• Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung und hohes Engagement
• Praktische Veranlagung, Zuverlässigkeit und professionelles Auftreten
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Innovative design: Develop high-quality sealing systems for centrifugal pumps, customised to customer specifications and work closely and constructively with our sales, development and production teams
• Project management: Take responsibility for exciting customer projects and technical development projects and lead them to a successful conclusion
• Technical development: Actively shape the technical and organisational development of our pump seals department and contribute your ideas
• Product innovation: Work continuously on improving our products in close collaboration with our research and development team (R&D)
• Technical clarification: Communicate directly with our sales teams and customers to clarify technical issues and find solutions
• Design creation: Create precise designs and assembly drawings for mechanical seals (liquid-lubricated mechanical seals) that meet the highest quality standards
• Building block systems: Develop modular building block systems and innovative configuration tools in the field of design automation to optimise our process
• Manufacturing documentation: Create detailed manufacturing drawings and parts lists that are essential for production
• International collaboration: Work in a dynamic, international network of engineers and benefit from intercultural exchange
• Leadership role: Take on the corporate lead function in product development and contribute to the strategic direction of our projects
