Description:

THE MISSION IF YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT IT

We’re looking for an experienced Product Team Lead to join our team and help us build cutting edge products for people in the hospitality industry. The role is focused on leading a fully functional engineering team by example and delivering high-end products to our customers and users.
Our team is still small enough for you to carve out your areas of responsibility, to lead and make an impact where it’s most needed.

At any given time you might be:

  • Contributing to and influencing our product roadmap
  • Building, testing and deploying features for our users
  • Defining our future technical stack and architecture
  • Ensuring the scalability and resilience of our solutions

WHY US?

We’re a small team with a lot of things to learn and do. We’re building a company, a culture and a product with global ambitions. Culture fit is really important to us here at Nory, and team work is the name of the game – we are looking for someone who shares our values. Dublin, Ireland is where our core team is based, but we’re adapting our processes to the realities of 2022 and beyond.
We’re big on research and communication, and we will expect the same from you. No matter the role spec, you’ll do great if you think customer-first and are willing to learn about the industry we operate in. You’ll speak with customers, build a shared understanding of the problems at hand and, perhaps even identify some unmet needs that deserve to be explored further. Why? Because it takes a variety of skill sets and experiences to build a world-class product. We want you to contribute to the team’s knowledge rather than just write code or push pixels whilst siloed away.

We like to think we’re well taken care of. Here’s what’s on offer on top of our competitive salary:

  • STOCK OPTIONSOwn a part of what you help build, and share in the success.
  • FLEXIBLE WORKING CULTUREWe’re not going to tell you what time to start or finish your work. Or where to do it from. You know best.
  • HOME OFFICE SETUPBecause nobody wants their equipment to stop them from doing the work of their lives
  • 25 DAYS HOLIDAYS PER YEARWe work hard, chill harder.
  • ANNUAL PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT BUDGET – AND A FREE KINDLE LOADED WITH BOOKS!There’s just so much to learn..!
  • PENSION AND PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCEIt’s really simple – your well-being is important to us.
  • REGULAR WORKSHOPS, PRESENTATIONS AND LEARNING SESSIONSFrom interview techniques, effective project management to giving actionable feedback and slicing engineering work, our amazing team is always up for sharing what they know. We invite other experts, too.
  • REGULAR EVENTS AND TEAM GET-TOGETHERSRemote never stopped anyone here!
