JOB SUMMARY

  • Conduct training sessions in accordance with performance standards
  • Responsible for product training and performance support within assigned GM dealerships
  • Develop and manage schedule to support dealer needs while working with regional personnel on direction and priorities
  • Conduct special training assignments and facilitate large group meetings as required
  • Conduct launch training events as required
  • Conduct on-going product study and competitive reviews
  • Submit schedules, rosters, activity reports and expense reports according to performance standards

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years automotive related or automotive retail experience or commensurate experience
  • In-depth knowledge of vehicle technology, light duty truck fundamentals, trailering and infotainment systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong facilitation, presentation and coaching skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Computer skills/literacy and proficiency with PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
