Description:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
- Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, establishing productive relationships, and driving beneficial outcomes aligned with firm objectives
- Advanced experience in utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of Jira-align and PI products and managing relations, to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and services
- Advanced analytical reasoning skills, applying critical thinking and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, and operational objectivesProven ability in leading through change, managing dependencies, and controlling change in high-pressure, shifting environments
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS
- Expertise in Jira/Jira-Align and PI tools - including development of integrated reporting
- Expertise with Agile and Scrum frameworks and the application in product development and delivery organization

Responsibilities:
- Partner with Stakeholders, Agile Partners and Corporate Tech to establish standard methodologies, taxonomies and reporting for Portfolio Objectives management across teams.
- In line with Business Review formats, develop reporting dashboards to provide regular updates on progress of Objectives for senior leaders.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to drive impactful quarterly planning for business objectives.Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
