THE ROLE:

We are looking for an experienced Product UX Designer to join our product team and help shape the future of our tools and services. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to explore new ideas, improve existing products, and refine our design systems. You will provide intuitive, delightful experiences to our user base – and your work will be seen daily by millions of developers around the world. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and design peers.
• Help to refine our visual design strategy, and contribute to the development of internal design systems.
• Design mockups, interactive prototypes, and user flows.
• Define and strategize ways to improve our design processes: from creation and optimization of templates, Figma libraries, and other tools to help communicate and deliver a richer User Experience.
• Research developer problems by organizing and running user interviews, reviewing customer feedback, and researching industry trends and competition to gain a deeper understanding of the goals, pain points, and expectations of our users.
