We are in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented Product Verification Technician to join our product development team. This position will focus on testing and verifying the functionality, reliability, and performance of our perimeter security products, including cameras, sensors, access control systems, and software integrations. You will play a key role in ensuring that our solutions meet high standards before deployment.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Testing: Conduct hands-on testing and verification of perimeter security products, including video management systems, intrusion detection sensors, access control, and integration platforms.
  • Test Planning and Execution: Assist in developing test plans for new products and existing systems to ensure they meet performance, functionality, and reliability requirements.
  • Field Testing: Set up and conduct field tests to simulate real-world conditions for perimeter security installations and verify product performance in different environments.
  • Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and analyze test data, documenting any issues or inconsistencies, and report results to the engineering and product development teams.
  • Issue Reporting: Identify product defects or performance issues and work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve these issues.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of test results, procedures, and outcomes, and provide feedback to the product team for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, quality assurance, and product management teams to ensure seamless verification and product readiness for market deployment.
  • Product Improvement: Provide input to refine and enhance existing testing processes and tools to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of product verification.
