CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS :

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un producteur / une productrice de contenu web et numérique.
Tu auras pour rôle principal de concevoir, rédiger, et adapter des contenus numériques créatifs et captivants pour nos clients. En collaboration étroite avec les équipes de stratégie et de création, tu joueras un rôle clé dans le développement de concepts innovants et dans l’optimisation des messages pour divers supports et plateformes numériques.
Ton objectif sera de produire un contenu pertinent et engageant qui résonne avec les audiences cibles, tout en assurant la cohérence et le respect des lignes directrices de la marque.

QUALIFICATIONS ET CARACTÉRISTIQUES REQUISES :

Pour réussir dans ce rôle, tu devras avoir :

• Un minimum de 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en conception et rédaction de contenu numérique;
• Une grande aisance dans la rédaction de contenu clair, engageant et optimisé pour le web;
• Un fort intérêt pour le milieu pharmaceutique, beauté et cosmétiques;
• Une forte capacité à créer des concepts créatifs en adéquation avec les objectifs du client;
• Une bonne compréhension des pratiques SEO et des outils d’analyse de performance (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Semji, etc.);
• Une aptitude à gérer plusieurs projets et à respecter les délais serrés;
• Un grand sens du leadership;
• Une grande attention aux détails et une capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe;
• Un baccalauréat ou une expérience pertinente dans un domaine connexe (communication, marketing…);

Une excellente maîtrise du français à l’écrit et une bonne capacité en anglais pour rédiger et communiquer avec nos clients anglophones.

• Proficiency in writing clear, engaging, and optimized web content.
• A strong interest in the pharmaceutical, beauty, and cosmetics industries.
• The ability to create creative concepts that align with client objectives.
• A good understanding of SEO practices and performance analysis tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Semji, etc.).
• The ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Great attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in a related field (communications, marketing, etc.).
• Excellent written French and good English skills for writing and communicating with our English-speaking clients.

JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will have the opportunity to:

• Design and write digital content adapted to different platforms (websites, blogs, social media, bulletins, etc.) while respecting the brand’s tone and voice.
• Advise and brainstorm with clients to propose content improvements.
• Actively participate in the creation of creative concepts for digital projects.
• Collaborate with content strategists to define and refine key messages, and with design teams to integrate content into visuals.
• Ensure SEO optimization of content and contribute to editorial calendar planning.
• Analyze content performance and suggest optimizations based on data.
• Conduct research and analyses to ensure content aligns with trends and best practices.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and generate new content ideas.
• Enhance user experience by writing microcopy (UX writing) for web functionalities.

Adapt content based on client feedback and internal team input.
