JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

100 years. We are specialized in the design, production and maintenance of components andsystems for the civil and military aeronautical industry
In your role, you will be responsible for the manufacturing process development and definition for the assigned hardware. You will oversee the required productions in order to meet program milestones and costs. You will be working in a very young and innovative environment with the aim to mature and properly exploit this amazing disruptive technology.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Aeronautical/Material is preferred) from an accredited university; master’s preferred
  • Solid experience in engineering or supply chain position with depth expertise in production control, maintenance, operations management
  • Lean mindset
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Passionate, curious and enthusiastic for engineering challenges.
  • Fluency in English and Italian language, both written and oral;
  • Work VISA, according to local regulation, is required

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to improve/align current DPs, industrialization processes and methods
  • Proactively contribute to Lean projects as needed by your role.
  • Participate as a presenter in technical and project reviews.
  • You will work on asset efficency improvement using FlightDeck tools
  • Mange facilty maintenace and special process qualification
  • Remain current in the state of the art within own technical expertise for new products introduction activity, performance improvements, cost reductions and problem resolutions
  • Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and/or tasks are consistent with engineering policies and procedures
  • You will lead the definition and evolution of MRL maturation and progression for assigned parts aligned with current practices (including routing definition)
  • Assure metrics target by daily dashboard (SQDIC)
  • Ensure that the Machines operates according to the required standards
  • Oversee assigned productions.
  • You will also assist and contribute in the design concurrence to ensure product productivity, lead-time and quality.
