REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field
  • 1+ years experience with inventory management/assistance in production
  • Experience with Google Suite, especially Google Sheets
  • Knowledge of Inventory, Bill of Materials and ECNs
  • Ability to read and interpret Engineering drawings
  • Highly attentive to detail
  • Ability to comfortably lift up to 50 lbs
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Unmatched organizational skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities:

  • Counting, keeping track of and stocking inventory
  • Helping to manage the Bill of Materials, including processing ECNs
  • Shipping and receiving orders and shipments
  • Reading and interpreting Engineering drawings and change notices
  • Assisting leaders in Purchasing and Assembly and performing other production-related tasks as required
  • Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the shop floor
  • Placing and monitoring purchase orders
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
