REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field
- 1+ years experience with inventory management/assistance in production
- Experience with Google Suite, especially Google Sheets
- Knowledge of Inventory, Bill of Materials and ECNs
- Ability to read and interpret Engineering drawings
- Highly attentive to detail
- Ability to comfortably lift up to 50 lbs
- Excellent written communication skills
- Unmatched organizational skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities
Responsibilities:
- Counting, keeping track of and stocking inventory
- Helping to manage the Bill of Materials, including processing ECNs
- Shipping and receiving orders and shipments
- Reading and interpreting Engineering drawings and change notices
- Assisting leaders in Purchasing and Assembly and performing other production-related tasks as required
- Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the shop floor
- Placing and monitoring purchase orders
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
