Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Be able to work in hot, cold, wet and loud production environment
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for long hours
- Be able to lift 25-40kg, kneel, squat, twist, climb stairs and ladders,
- Be able to work in confined spaces and at least 1.6m tall.
- Able to speak English
- Have relevant qualification

Responsibilities:
- CIP/SIP (fermenters, storage tanks, heat exchanger, brewhouse)
- Keg cleaning and filling
- Assist with brewing operations, centrifuging, transferring, dry-hopping, etc.
- Assist with beer canning as needed
- Assist with preventative maintenance and repairs
- Daily maintain brewery facilities including cleaning floors
- Maintain inventory of raw materials and assisting with stock counting
- Pick stocks for delivery
- Other duties as assigned
