SUMMARY
We are excited to add a Production Assistant to our team in our Hollywood studio! This role will be at the heart of our livestream productions, helping to set up equipment, manage operational processes, and support our talented crew. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with clients across the globe to help them bring their creative visions to life.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup and teardown of livestream productions sets
- Monitor livestream quality, ensuring smooth transmission and addressing technical issues in real time
- Organize and manage props, equipment, and materials needed for each livestream
- Assist with engagement activities, including monitoring chat and interactions during the show
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment before, during, and after productions
- Engage in the creative development process and conduct industry research to drive impactful livestream production
- Closely monitor show performance and provide optimization recommendations
- Act as a liaison between our Chinese clients and the production team to foster effective communication and collaboration
