Location: Omaha, Nebraska
We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join our production team in Omaha, NE. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient operations and maintaining product quality across multiple aspects of the production process. Responsibilities include ingredient handling, equipment setup and testing, operating material handling equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe production area. The ideal candidate will be safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and motivated by high standards of quality and performance.
DESIRED BACKGROUND/SKILLS:
- Assist in multiple aspects of the trace mineral production process to ensure efficient operations and product quality.
- Ingredient handling, equipment setup and testing, operation of material handling equipment, and maintaining cleanliness in the production area.
- The ideal candidate should be safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and motivated by high standards of quality and performance.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Add the appropriate ingredient and amount to the designated hand add station according to batching software instructions.
- Effectively operate bag and/or tote packaging equipment.
- Replenish ingredient delivery systems.
- Prepare sampling materials for quality control purposes.
- Operate forklift to facilitate the movement of materials required for production.
- Inspect, set up, and test equipment including scales, load cells, and magnets.
- Perform housekeeping and general cleaning duties to ensure plant and employee safety.
- Take personal responsibility for the safety and quality of assigned tasks.
- Work effectively as part of a high-performance team to achieve production goals.
