SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years’ experience in a Manufacturing or Operations related role.
- High school diploma required
- Math skills necessary, and use of Excel
- Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative and able to work independently or among teams with keen judgment, common sense and resourcefulness
- Adapts and thrives in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- Possesses a high level of critical thinking
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Must be able to sit, stand and do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time
- May be required to lift up to 50 lbs. to torso level
- Must pass any and all required background checks
- Must possess valid driver’s license
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
Responsibilities:
- Separate out and weigh various forms of cannabis to be packaged
- Assemble finished goods packaging, fill with proper product, seal and label
- Grind plant material to a specific size dependent on application using machinery
- Assist in the operation of automated equipment for creation of pre-rolled joints
- Accurately and diligently follow the Company’s SOP’s and communicate suggestions to COO when SOP’s should be updated.
- Work with the COO to update SOP’s.
- Maintain a clean work environment and ensure you are wearing appropriate PPE.
- Assist with keeping the Production department in compliance with the regulations.
