DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Production Associate - Level II to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Distribution Business Unit in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

  • Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

Responsibilities:

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING:

  • Manufacturing Process Expertise: Implement changes in processes and equipment to drive continuous improvement.
  • Operational Task Management: Handle parts, use correct PPE, operate lifting equipment, and maintain 5S housekeeping standards.
  • Collaborative Production Support & Training: Coordinate with supervisors, manage engine sourcing, repacking, and covering tasks. Training for competencies like rigging and slinging is provided.
