  • Operating both manual and automated equipment proficiently, you will achieve production goals, maintain the required cycle times, and ensure that products meet customer expectations in terms of characteristics and dimensions.
  • Actively participating in initiatives to improve quality, safety, processes, material flow, and employee development will drive overall operational excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • By performing routine housekeeping tasks, machine cleaning, and planned operator care and maintenance, you will help maintain a clean and orderly work area, which is crucial for efficient and safe operations.
  • Communicating effectively with your team and support teams will ensure smooth coordination and problem-solving, enhancing overall productivity and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Recognizing the environmental impact of your work and taking steps to minimize negative effects will support the company’s commitment to sustainability and responsible manufacturing practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
