Description:
AquaPhoenix Scientific, located in Hanover, PA, has immediate openings for production associates as a result of expanding business needs. Responsibilities include accurately selecting, mixing, staging, and packaging various components in support of the production/manufacturing process. Must be attentive to details, maintain the highest standards of safety and quality, and able to work together as a team to execute daily production goals. Will need to perform basic mathematical calculations including counting, adding, subtracting and multiplications. Must maintain a positive attendance record, a strong work ethic, and a proactive “can do” approach to all responsibilities. Key responsibilities also include but not limited to:
- Ability to successfully perform a wide range of production tasks such as technical labeling, kitting cell set up/staging, measuring and pouring of reagents, and kit assembling.
- Expected to perform all tasks according to standard operating procedures while ensuring the work environment is maintained clean, safe and organized.
- Maintain documentation for production related activities related to ISO/customer/business requirements.
- Accurately and efficiently perform tasks through to completion while taking ownership for the quality and integrity of components and finished goods.
- Attend job training related to production for professional growth.
- Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by Company and OSHA standards.
- Must be flexible and willing to work overtime as required.
- Participate in analyzing and supporting root causes of production issues and help develop corrective actions.
- Flexible shifts available on first and second shifts.
