Description:

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and maintaining the office premises, including dusting, sweeping and mopping.Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of all office areas, including entire warehouse facility, restrooms, pantry, and meeting rooms.
  • Serve Tea and Coffee to Staff and office VisitorAssisting in setting up meeting rooms and preparing them for meetings, including arranging chairs, tables, and audio-visual equipment.
  • Monitoring and replenishing office supplies, such as stationery, pantry items, and toiletries.
  • Collecting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and documents.
  • Assisting in basic administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Assisting in the preparation of refreshments for meetings and events.Reporting any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Assisting in the coordination of office events and functions
  • Maintenance of the garden

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • High School Diploma or any related certification
  • With a min 3 years of experienced as an office boy
  • knowledge of various cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Understanding and ability to perform administrative duties.
  • The high degree of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication in English and organizational skills.
  • Capability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
  • Skills in garden maintenance
