Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is looking for a Production Control Facilitator. The Production Control Facilitator will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing capability (shop and production control) on an administrative point of view. In this role, you will be provided with opportunities to demonstrate your organization skills, to interact with different internal stakeholders and to support the various initiatives to ensure high efficiency for the team. The open position will be located in our KES office located in Dudelange, GD of Luxembourg.

WHO YOU ARE (BASIC QUALIFICATIONS)

• Administrative degree or equivalent
• Fluent both in English and French. Any additional languages would be an asset.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of previous ERP system (Baan)
• Flexibility and able to manage various task in parallel and to work under tight deadline
• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Ensure good visibility of the workshop capability through up-to-date data collection (calendar, vacation) and a detailed and rigorous follow-up up of production hours to ensure high accuracy
• Participate to the prioritization of workshop activity (especially adjusting stagging date) to ensure actions are timely completed when goods are available or support early identification of shortages
• Be the owner of efficient and regular project closure from a workshop point of view to allow timely closure of projects
• Be responsible for manufacturing order management of some minor projects for the production control (procured part, stock items) or even standard manufactured item to work based on comparative advantage approach
• Support the aftermarket business on time performance especially with regards to the follow-up of purchase order (internal to the workshop or project related) to pro-actively anticipate issues with critical long lead items
