Reporting to the Plant Manager , you as a Production Control Leader will be responsible for convert demands into production schedules, assuring it matched with materials availability and production line capacities, to meet the business goals and customer’s requirements.
About the job:
- Lead and manage the production control team, including assigning tasks, setting goals, and providing performance feedback. Facilitate communication and coordination between production, engineering, and Business.
- Coordinate with sales, engineering, and supply chain teams to align production plans with demand forecasts and customer requirements. Develop and manage production schedules to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing of PCBA products.
- Address and resolve any issues related to supply chain disruptions or delays. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to maintain effective relationships and ensure material quality.
- Track and analyze production performance metrics, including output, efficiency, and quality. Identify and address production issues or bottlenecks to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to reduce production expenses.
- Location: Piedras Negras, Coahuila.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Distribution, Logistics, Traffic and Trade & Compliance
- 2+ years at a supervisor level.
- Strong understanding of production planning and scheduling.
- SAP or other ERP system experience.
- Strong knowledge of legal requirements and regulations related to distribution and transportation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced English.
