Reporting to the Head of Digital and Broadcast key areas of responsibility include (please see the full job description and person specification for the comprehensive list):

  • Coordinate the day-to-day production of the digital development department and incoming video content request forms to the digital development team
  • Maintain the departments shared calendar and project management software to schedule resources needed for each project
  • To coordinate communications and act as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including other RSC departments
  • Work with digital development department in planning and production of digital work.
  • Manage booking freelancers and external suppliers such as BSL interpreter

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Production Coordinator for the RSC’s Digital Development department, coordinating, organising and planning the day-to-day production activities using existing workflows and processes. You will support the planning of production and delivery of engaging, high quality digital content for the organisation’s channels.

To be suitable for this role, it is essential that you have the following knowledge and experience:

  • Experience working in a similar coordinator role in
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong focus on organisation.
  • Experience working on both Windows and Mac operations systems
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work effectively alone and as part of a team.

This role would suit someone who has coordinator experience in either theatre, film or TV.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Stratford upon Avon. You will be working 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, although occasional weekend and evening work will be required.
