Job Description
H&M Studios create fashion content for H&M’s full assortment globally, such as model images, product images and video assets. Our mission is to elevate the full assortment, enabling H&M to become a credible fashion brand. As a Production Coordinator you ensure planning and administration of all products in your concept, i.e. managing samples that are arriving, securing that they are shot in time and according to correct trend, etc. You work closely with all teams at the Studio and make sure the preparatory work regarding the samples is ensured before photo shoot.

• Unpack, label, sort bulk together with Production Assistant.
• Sort wardrobe according to trend/ISW/OL date or special drop.
• Secure garments and accessories for shoot.
• Dialogue with PDM and Stylist TL reg. planning and need for production days etc.
• Collect garments/products and create set list in dialogue with Stylist and AD.
• Update wardrobes (re-organize, clear out garments/acc etc.)
• Dialogue with SL and PDM reg. products to keep in wardrobe.
• Handle “missing images on site”-questions.
• Zero sales list (articles not selling on site).
  Qualifications
  To be successful in this role we believe you are highly structured and organised and can manage many different tasks simultaneously. You work independently and with a high individual ownership / level of responsibility. You are prestige less and enjoy working both individually as well as in a group. Since collaboration is a key element of our way of working, you appreciate and contribute to good teamwork. You are an active team member who goes hand in hand with you enjoying the opportunity to develop and improve things. We also believe you are interested in clothing, fashion, materials, and production.
